The only good thing about the hotel was the free Wi-Fi and the air conditioning which worked well. The hotel was also in close proximity to popular restaurants and cafes in the area. Additionally, the room service staff was friendly and accommodative of my requests.
My experience during New Year's Eve was terrible at this hotel. The room was not clean and had a foul smell. Moreover, the hotel staff was extremely unhelpful and unresponsive to my requests for additional amenities. The hotel lacked basic facilities and services, which made my stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.
